Can I cancel or make changes to an order/personal info after I place an order?

No, we can’t make changes to orders or your personal information after your payment has been processed.

What if I have questions about my products when I receive my order?

Please email customer service within 14 days of delivery for assistance at info@capsuleandco.com.

How do I know what size to order?

Please reference the size chart listed on the product detail page.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What do I do if my tracking hasn’t updated since being notified the label was created?

It takes 1 to 3 business days for tracking to update once you receive the shipment notification. If you still haven’t seen any movement after the 3rd business day please email us here, and we would be glad to help you out

Do you accept returns and/or exchanges?

We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of the purchase or delivery date for store credit. Please see our full Returns and Exchanges Policy here.

GIFT CARD SALES ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED FOR OTHER ITEMS

What happens if my order is returned due to an incorrect address?

You will be refunded for the order minus the amount it cost us to ship it to you and our $6 processing fee. The refund will be given as a gift card sent to the email associated with the order.

Do you ship Internationally?

No, at this time we only ship within the United States.

How long does an exchange take to process?

Once we receive your exchange, please allow 5-7 business days for it to be processed.
