SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Orders placed after 5PM EST are counted as next business days order, so the processing time will officially start that day.

Orders placed on Fridays after 3PM EST, weekends, and recognized holidays  processing time will start the next business day.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

It takes 1 to 3 business days for tracking to update once you receive the shipment notification. If you still haven’t seen any movement after the 3rd business day please email us here, and we would be glad to help you out.


DAMAGES

As we will package & protect the item to be best of our ability, The Capsule & Collective is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
