We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of the purchase or delivery date for store credit. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. You are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, be in its original packaging, and have the original Capsule & Collective tag still attached. 

To return an item purchased online:

• Please ensure that the item is shipped back to us within 14 days of the delivery date, or it will not be accepted.
• Ship your item(s) back to us at the address below.
• Once we receive & inspect your return, we will issue a store credit. Store credit will be sent by email.
